Steve Guelich provides personalized financial strategies and attentiveness to each one of Guelich Capital Management’s clients. Steve is Connie’s son, and he joined the firm upon graduation from college in 1998. Steve is a devoted student of the market and spends much of his time studying the market and evaluating investment strategies for our clients.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William and Mary in 1998.

Among his professional credentials, Steve is a CFP® Professional having met the rigorous education and experience requirements of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. His course work required the mastery of financial planning topics including investment planning, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance planning and financial management.

Steve also earned the Wealth Management Certified Professional, WMPC® designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. His studies focused on goal-based wealth management through tax-efficient portfolio strategies.

Steve and his wife, Susan, reside in Roanoke and they have three children. In his time away from the office, Steve enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, music, traveling and reading.
